Semana Santa here. That means crowds, processions, tourists… and, unfortunately, something far less holy. Dogs are suddenly becoming “disposable,” left on the side of the road. The contrast is hard to ignore. Reflection and compassion are on the agenda, just not for everyone.
It got me thinking about rhythm. About what we carry forward, and what we leave behind.
New quarter. A clean slate to do things differently.
I’m starting with something I call the rhythm of Flow. Not a buzzword, but something I’ve had to learn (and am still learning): creating without constant resistance. Less forcing, more allowing. This Thursday, I’ll share my first essay on it, fully grounded in personal experience, not theory.
At the same time, I’m building something bigger: The Blueprint. Still in development. Not polished. But moving.
I’m looking for a few people who want to test it. No sales pitch, just honest feedback in exchange for access.
Because if there’s one thing I’m learning here, between chaos and stillness: flow doesn’t come when everything is perfect. It shows up when you start anyway.
Still figuring out what actually works and what doesn’t for Substack, but that’s part of the process too.

Excited to see what The Blueprint is like!
